The Unit’s equipment and its doctors allow us to monitor pregnancy of the patients, suffering from any internal diseases, in the conditions of the Perinatal Medical Centre, without «sending» them for consultations to specialized maternity clinics. Specialists of our Unit make preparations for the conception and prenatal care of the Patients with:

- Thyroid and hypothalamus-pituitary pathology;
- Cardiovascular illnesses (various diseases of cardiorythms, blockade of cardiac conduction system, inborn and acquired cardiac anomalies, including cardiac anomalies with disorder of blood circulation of varying severity, mitral valve prolapse, hypertensive disease;
- Bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, pneumonia;
- Pyelonephritis, glomerulonephritis, urocystitis, etc;
- Systematic collagen diseases, systemic erythema centrifu, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic scleroderma, psoriasis, systemic angiitis (Henoch-Schonlein syndrome, etc.), rheumatoid spondylitis (Bekhterev's disease), etc.;
- Mammary gland pathology (mastopathy, mammary gland appearances, etc.);

The Unit’s equipment allows making such examinations as:
- Electrocardiography (ECG);
- Electrocardiography with stress test;
- Electroencephalography (EEG);
- ECG Holter monitoring;
- 24-hour monitoring of arterial pressure;

- Examination of respiratory function.
High light:
In case the situation arises when the specialists’ consultations are required, who are not members of the Therapeutic Unit team; we invite doctors from other medical institutions, who specialize at different pathologies.
