Preparation for pregnancy is made by the obstetrician-gynecologist, physician, andrologist, endocrinologist (and by other specialists when necessary) and includes ultrasound diagnostics of pelvic organs and abdominal region, laboratory diagnostics of infectious diseases of both partners, hormone and immunological diseases, ejaculate examination(spermogram). Plan of medical examination is compiled for the individual Patient, taking into account peculiarities of the obstetric-gynaecologic anamnesis, extragenital illnesses, as well as her heritability.
