Children’s Medical Emergency Unit

Our service has been made for children from 0 up to 15 years of age. It is one of the departments of a big multi-field Children’s In-Patient Hospital with Paediatricians of all specialties who have the highest qualification. Therefore, we can help in any emergency situation, happened with your child.

All doctors of the Unit have experience of work in emergency Paediatrics of no less than 10 years. The doctors are all certified as “Paediatrician for emergency aid” and they continuously master their knowledge at our clinic and leading in-patient hospitals in Russia and abroad.

The Unit operates experienced intensive cure mobile units, which can transport a baby in heavy condition, using artificial lung ventilation (ALV).

Necessary:

Paediatricians for emergency aid of the Perinatal Medical Centre will:

• Assign treatment to a child and, if necessary, will regularly monitor the child’s condition at home;
• Hospitalize little patient to one of the leading children clinics of Moscow: Perinatal Medical Centre (PMC), Research Institute of Paediatrics, Central Clinical Hospital of the Presidential Property Management Department, Filatov Children’s Hospital, and Morozov Children’s Hospital;
• Transport a sick child from home to hospital, from Hospital to hospital, for examination to a clinic;
• Arrange transfer of the patient to any place in Moscow and Moscow Region, in the airport or at the railway station.

It is important that:

The PMC specialized vehicles’ park has “Mercedes” mobile intensive cure units/reanimobiles.

Reanimobiles are equipped with the up-to-date equipment, such as:

• Artificial lung ventilation (ALV) unit, monitor, Defibrillator, Perfusor;
• Incubation apparatus for transportation of newborns;
• Stretcher with vibration absorber.

They are complemented with a full set of drugs, medical gas and convenient system of oxygen feeding.

In case of emergency the reanimobile compartment can serve as an operation room, and its equipment allows making small operations right on the spot.

Vehicles are equipped with climate control system, which is comfortable for the patients and specialists.

All drivers of our Medical Emergency Unit have experience of extreme driving, as well as big work experience and well orient themselves in Moscow and Moscow Region.

The PMC Medical Emergency Unit team is ready to go to the patient 24 hours a day to any place of Moscow and Moscow Region.
