Key Features:
The Unit can simultaneously accommodate up to 10 children.
The Unit consists of two intensive care wards, 4 beds each and a separate isolation ward with 2 beds. Every isolation ward houses 24 hours a day post with a medical nurse there. If necessary or according to the parents wish it is possible to arrange individual doctor and nurse post.

It is important that:
Individual intensive care place for every child is equipped with:
- Pulmoflators, units for rehabilitation of respiratory tract;
- Incubation apparatus, maintaining continuous temperature and humidity;
- Monitor for controlling life parameters (pulse, ECG registration, arterial pressure, respiration rate, saturation of blood with oxygen);
- Perfusors (units for continuous IV-infusion of drugs with given rate);
- Respiratory tract sanation unit.
High light:
All relevant laboratory and diagnostic examinations are made 24 hours a day, including ultrasound and radiological examinations.
Head of the Unit, an attending doctor, a post medical nurse, a duty procedural nurse and a duty nurse operating Pulmoflators, take part in treatment of every child. As many additional consultations of specialists, as required (ophthalmologist, neurologist, cardiologist, etc.) are provided.
Feeding of infants is made individually. If there are no contraindications, an infant receives expressed breast milk.
Visits are possible at any convenient time 24 hours a day.
